Responsibilities:
The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
*Administer medications accurately and safely to residents according to physician orders
*Perform medication passes in a timely and organized manner
*Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report any adverse reactions
*Document medication administration and resident responses in the electronic medical record
*Communicate with physicians, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary care team as needed
*Ensure proper storage, labeling, and inventory of medications on the cart
*Follow all state regulations, facility policies, and infection control protocols
*Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining professionalism
*Assist with basic nursing assessments and report changes in resident condition
*Support a positive team environment and collaborate with fellow nursing staff
*Acts as an RN Supervisor if there are call offs
Qualifications:
*Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
*Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $5,000.00
